About This Tool

Of the 2,500 or so Species known to exist worldwide, only 149 have been selected at random for this tool. The Stegana Species likes to suck ripe fruit and rotting plants, lick molasses for nourishment, and lay eggs on the surface of fermented rotten fruit, about 200 to 700 eggs per female.

This species is not rare in the world, even many countries common pests. They can affect the local ecology, and cause local health problems. The generator, which collates the full scientific names of the species, their discoverers, and when they were discovered, is designed to help conservationists and insect researchers target them more specifically, to come up with a treatment plan that’s environmentally friendly.
