About This Tool
As one of the only mixed legal system in the world, Scotland has the characteristics of civil law system and common law system, which is fully reflected in the diversity of legal sources. In the 21st century, Scotland has been making legal adjustments and amendments under the circumstances that it has been learning from English law, but the real situation does not conform to it. The random tool records 406 legal documents that were added or amended in Scotland in 2003.
These instruments have improved the local legal system in Scotland in more complete and different ways.
