Hangover makeup is essentially a combination of two trends. One is a ??puffy eye?? makeup illusion intended to make the wearer look ??playful;?? the other is a ??sick face?? look that involves pale skin and red eyes. It's not for everyone, but it's definitely unique.

All you have to do is split the brow down the middle by brushing the hairs to either direction. It's definitely bold, but judging from the comments, it's not for everyone.
