About This Tool

In April 1957, H. L. A. Hart, a British jurist and founder of the New School of analytical law, gave a speech at Harvard entitled “The Positivism and the distinction between law and morality”, defending the Legal positivism, in response to the criticism of the tradition of analysis by Fuller and other jurists. In the same year, 44 legal instruments in Great Britain were revised and amended, and detailed information was kept in this random tool for interested friends to refer to.

To a certain extent, these laws urge jurists to think over the relationship between law and Dao, and to a certain extent determine the principle that “Law is the minimum morality”. These laws, which are preserved in the generator, are the first to consider people’s livelihood and feelings from the moral aspect, and have played a positive role in guiding the later laws in Britain.
