About This Tool

In the United States alone, from 1945 to the late 1980s, the Navy has supplied 55 diesel submarines, three light carriers, six light cruisers, 153 fleet destroyers, 129 guided-missile destroyers and frigates, and a large number of small vessels, including landing craft, to other nations. In the case of 1982 alone, the random tool compiled a list of 12 ships that were due to be decommissioned for further inspection.

The ships recorded in the generator were made at different times and in different eras. And we can see specifically when they were decommissioned, the Operator, the name of the ship, the class and type of ship, and the final processing of the decommissioned ship. Most of these ships were resold to other developing countries, some were forced to scrap, and some were returned to war use.

Click the "Display All Items" button and you will get a list of ship decommissionings in 1982.
