About This Tool

From the 16th century, Canada became a French and British colony. 1583, British Humphrey Gilbert established a settlement in what is now Newfoundland, St. John’s, and claimed it as the first British colony in North America. By 1620, fishermen from the West country had taken control of much of the east coast of Newfoundland. British explorer and navigator Henry Hudson sailed to what is now 1611, Ontario, and declared it British.

The random tool generates 52 entries that record the Canadian House of Commons military service list. These include Maurice Hallé, Ernest Halpenny, Francis George Hamilton, Francis Alvin George Hamilton, Henry Sidney Hamilton, John Borden Hamilton, and others that we may be familiar with.

Click the "Display All Items" button and you will get a list of Members of the Canadian House of Commons with military service (H).
