It isn't clear whether this man is a paid extra on the film, or just a random dude accidentally caught on camera tossing his pooch into the ocean.

Typically in a fight scene, a person has to get hit, in order to fall down. Not this extra, who hits the pavement with what could best be described an an invisible punch. Perhaps it was just Superman or The Flash, sweeping in and hitting the guy so fast we didn't even see him.
