  Craziest by far was four drunk kids who got ahold of their dad's credit card, racked up $1500 in room service and had a food fight. With all of it. The final tally was like $16k in damage.

  I can't even describe the carnage. Salad in the jacuzzi jets, potatoes and s**t stuck on the ceiling, I'm certain the comforter was missing so I don't even know what they were doing on the bed that they felt the need to take it. I did a really poor job of describing it, I can't remember a whole lot but it was incredible.

  I never caught the signal the dealer used but it was effective as all the guys who normally collect boxes from the tables show up out of nowhere and removed him from the table like they were taking out the trash.

  Table broke up so they could clean, dealer showered and put on a new uniform and I saw her on the floor again a few hours later.

  For those who know the game, he gets Teen-Dai Bo. I pull Ji-Jun. For those who do not know the game, its like he got pocket kings and I got pocket aces. Or he pulled a 20 in blackjack and I just pulled 11 cards to make 21. The odds are astronomical. It's the only hand that beats him.

  He slams his fist on the table swearing in Chinese, chips fly everywhere, and begins to shove his finger down his throat. He self-induces vomit all over my game. Close the table and pit down for clean-up.

  I worked at a Casino in Nova Scotia where I was dealing one night to a table where this little old man was playing Blackjack. There was something off about him, but I brushed it off thinking he was just a little drunk.

  I got tapped off after dealing for about 40 minutes and went to Let It Ride, which was located just across the pit from my last table. I dealt like three hands when I heard a crazy scream from behind me, coming from that Blackjack table.

  I look behind me (breaking like the number 1 rule of dealing), and to my shock, the little old man had stabbed the player next to him in the neck with a penknife! The man who got stabbed (a young guy, probably no more than 25-26) was standing up, shouting his head off, and holding his neck as blood streamed down his neck - all the while the little old man is grinning like a nut, holding the knife out in front of him like he was going to finish the job.

  As you can probably imagine, the young man loses his s**t, and leaps forward and knocks the knife out of the old man's hand and just starts pounding him in the face! They both go down on the ground just as security gets there, who promptly grabs the young man, thinking he was the aggressor, pinning him to a table.

  The young man screams that the old guy stabbed him, and that's when they realize that the entire time, the young man is bleeding pretty steadily from his neck.

  Paramedics and police officers finally get there, and there's general pandemonium going on everywhere, and all my players are shocked silent. Finally a player breaks the silence and asks me "Is it usually like that around here?" In my best deadpan voice I ask "Is it Tuesday?" Player: "No?" Me: "It's a slow night then. So who wants to play cards?"

The other 10% of the time they want you to lose either because you're the last person on their table so they can get a break or you're a d**k. Note: there is no profit sharing in casinos so dealers don't get anything no matter how much money they bring in.

  I was dealing roulette shortly after the local casino opened. A young guy rolls up and cashes in $100. He has picked up a bug (a stick insect) and is holding it on his hand, moving his hand back and forth over the numbers and placing chips when the stick insect wiggles his legs.

  Luckiest stick insect ever, continues winning to the point where we actually get a player's card made up for it "Charles the Stick Insect" was the name used. When I left for the night they were winning more than $10,000.

  I saw heaps of s**t, but the best was a lady playing Caribbean Stud Poker against the house. If anyone is unfamiliar with the game, it is essentially a live version of a poker machine: you bet, you get dealt a hand, and if your hand is better than the dealer's then you win. There is no skill as you cannot trade cards or adjust your bet. You can win jackpots if you get dealt higher than a flush with a royal flush netting you the entire jackpot.

  Anyway, this lady was playing the game. She was there for a while, and her husband was nearby playing a poker machine. Late into the night the lady got visibly excited: she'd obviously netted a jackpot hand. Before she could place her bet though, she picked up her cards and walked over to her husband to show her what she'd been dealt.

  The big problem here is this is the only game at the Casino where you can touch the cards, the House is very strict about you taking them off the table. I'm yelling at her to stay put as soon as she starts to move, but she ignores me in her excitement.

  I call over management who has to break the news to her: the House will not pay out her jackpot as she has broken the rules, rules which are very clearly displayed, and which croupiers constantly remind the players. The lady gets angry but her husband becomes enraged and smashes a beer bottle across her head calling her all manner of names. Police and ambulance and called. People escorted away. Back to dealing cards.

  Turns out the lady had been dealt a Royal Flush. She would have won over $200,000 if she'd kept her cards on the table.

This takes about 10 minutes for the pit boss to come over, give the ok, and then he sits there to watch the action.

  Now, even though this table has a $5 minimum, it has a $1000 maximum. This guy proceeds to bet $1000 on 5 separate hands. The dealer deals out the cards to everyone, and flips an ace high for his own hand. He asks for insurance, which we all decline, and then flips over a queen to show a blackjack. The guy sitting next to us gets visibly angry, but you can tell he is motivated to win his 5K back.

  Next hand, the dealer dishes out our cards, and both me and my buddy get a blackjack on our $5 bets. My buddy is stoked, and drunkenly lets out his excitement in the form of a half grunt half yelp. The dude sitting with us gets even more upset. The dealer and the guy go through the process of determining hits and stays for his 5 hands, 2 of which the guy busts on. The dealer flips his cards, has to take another and ends up with 21. Guy loses his s**t at this point.

  This dude is yelling at the dealer, threatening him with physical violence and the sexual assault of his female family members. The pit boss gets on top of this right away, calls over security and the dude starts pushing them around.

  The security guards are pretty quick on taser trigger, and they start juicing the guy up with loads of wonderful electricity, but this took a few jolts before he went down.

  The crowd that had gathered around at this point is pretty large, and me and my friend are completely hammered, still sitting at the table and watching this guy's night go from bad to worse 5 feet from us.
