Bat-Cow has no powers or abilities, it is a normal cow with the exception being its meat is contaminated with a mind-control drug of some sort, so that when the people of Gotham or whoever eats the meat will be susceptible. He was rescued by Damian Wayne. (Batman Incorporated Vol.2 #1, 2012)

Ch'p comes from the planet H'lven the home of many intelligent creatures resembling earthly "cartoon" animals. Technically a member of the Green Lantern corps he's never really identified as either a squirrel or a chipmunk. We just know he's adorable and worthy of a spot on this list. (#5) Ace the Bat-Hound
Batman is just full of surprises. Not only did he take the time to return Ace to his original owner, but he took Ace back with open arms when his owner couldn't take care of him anymore. Ace quickly became a beloved member of the Bat Family. He's also an integral character in the animated TV show, Batman Beyond. (Batman #92, 1955) -
(#3) Lockjaw
Lockjaw, who resembles a large bulldog, was infected by the Terrigen Mists, which gave him the abilities to teleport, have super strength, ingest matter, and even predict the future. He's a prominent member of the Inhumans, and acts as the escort to the Royal Family of the Inhumans... and is of course their best friend. (Fantastic Four #45, 1965) -
(#15) Streaky the Supercat
After being infected by a piece of discarded Kryptonite Supergirl was experimenting on, Streaky, a normal house cat, gained superpowers similar to that of Superman and Supergirl. While the events of Crisis on Infinite Earths wiped out Streaky's powers, superpowered Streaky still appears in out-of-continuity stories. (Action Comics #261)
