While Krillin is far from the only person to meet this fate, he's the most notorious for it. His first time came at the hands of Tambourine, who crushed his skull. Next, he was blown up by Frieza, then turned into candy and eaten by Majin Buu. In Dragon Ball GT, Android 17 took him out, and in Future Trunks' timeline, he lost his life to Androids 17 and 18. Each time, he was brought back via the Dragon Balls, but that doesn't exactly make it less painful.

In fact, he does this so often that his presence in a scene almost guarantees that there's about to be a fight or some other disaster.

The first time Kazuma Satou passes away, it's under embarrassing circumstances. He tries to save a girl from being hit by what he thinks is a truck, but which turns out to be a tractor that's barely moving. No one is hurt, but Kazuma is so shocked by the experience that the emotional upheaval ends his life.
Afterward, Kazuma is reincarnated into a fantasy world. There, he loses his life multiple times, but is always revived thanks to the magic around him.

Though he tries to use time travel to save her, the Attractor Field Convergence results in her losing her life over and over again.
Mayuri has a heart attack, gets shot in the head, gets hit by a car, gets hit by a train, gets turned into gel while being sent back in time - and that's not even a full list.

If you say Leomon's name around a hardcore Digimon fan, they're either going to start tearing up or start laughing as a defense mechanism. This Digimon has repeatedly met his end in a dramatic fashion, to the point where his presence in a given series signals that a tragedy is around the corner. Technically, all of these Leomons are slightly different entities, but since they present as the same guy, it counts.
In the first series, Leomon traumatized the Digidestined when MetalEtemon took him out in front of their eyes. In Tamers, his partner Jeri is made so miserable by his demise that she's easily corrupted by the D-Reaper. Then there's SaberLeomon, whose data is corrupted so that he can't come back to life aferward... the list goes on.

During the first movie, he's turned into stone, only to be revived by the tears of Pikachu and all the other Pokémon who are moved by his demise. In Pokémon: I Choose You, Marshadow sends him to the afterlife, which he escapes when Ho-Oh revives him, and in Lucario and the Mystery of Mew he's eaten by a blob and then revived by the title Pokémon.
That's quite a lot for a 10-year-old, even one who should be in his 30s.

As an Ajin, Kei Nagai is functionally immortal - but that doesn't mean he can't die. Each time he loses his life, he's brought back again, no matter how gruesome or painful the circumstances of his demise.
The first time this happens, he passed away due to perinatal hypoxia but was revived due to his Ajin status. Doctors wrote it off as a miracle, but once he's revealed to be an Ajin, the true cause becomes clear. Kei suffers repeated deaths at the hands of scientists who mercilessly torture him, ending his life over and over again for ten days straight. This experience leaves him with his life intact but is nevertheless traumatizing.

Rika Furude is trapped in an endless time loop that ends each time with her own excruciating demise, often through disembowelment. Before suffering her ultimate fate, she's often forced to watch helplessly as her friends lose their sanity and commit terrible acts of violence. This has been happening over and over again for anything from 100 - 1000 years without Rika being able to figure out how to break the cycle.

Each one occurs through a new and torturous method, slowly breaking down his psyche until he recoils in terror at the presence of an innocent little girl. Sakura has no plans to do any such thing, but that doesn't get him off the hook with Dokuro, whose goal is to annoy and distract him to the point where he won't be able to try. Much of her attempts involve beating him with a gigantic spiked club, or other acts of violence that end his life by mistake. Since Dokuro wants Sakura alive, she resurrects him afterwards - only to do the same thing again later.

Hyatt has kicked the bucket so many times that somebody actually made a death counter for her, and it topped out at 51 times. This usually happens due to her sickly nature - she's constantly passing out and coughing up blood. It's unclear what exactly is wrong with her - the manga implies the Il Palazzo implanted something gnarly in her body, while the anime indicates that her martian heritage makes it difficult for her to breathe Earth's atmosphere. Whatever the reason, Hyatt loses her life multiple times per episode.
