During the first movie, he's turned into stone, only to be revived by the tears of Pikachu and all the other Pokémon who are moved by his demise. In Pokémon: I Choose You, Marshadow sends him to the afterlife, which he escapes when Ho-Oh revives him, and in Lucario and the Mystery of Mew he's eaten by a blob and then revived by the title Pokémon.
That's quite a lot for a 10-year-old, even one who should be in his 30s.

Hyatt has kicked the bucket so many times that somebody actually made a death counter for her, and it topped out at 51 times. This usually happens due to her sickly nature - she's constantly passing out and coughing up blood. It's unclear what exactly is wrong with her - the manga implies the Il Palazzo implanted something gnarly in her body, while the anime indicates that her martian heritage makes it difficult for her to breathe Earth's atmosphere. Whatever the reason, Hyatt loses her life multiple times per episode.

If you say Leomon's name around a hardcore Digimon fan, they're either going to start tearing up or start laughing as a defense mechanism. This Digimon has repeatedly met his end in a dramatic fashion, to the point where his presence in a given series signals that a tragedy is around the corner. Technically, all of these Leomons are slightly different entities, but since they present as the same guy, it counts.
In the first series, Leomon traumatized the Digidestined when MetalEtemon took him out in front of their eyes. In Tamers, his partner Jeri is made so miserable by his demise that she's easily corrupted by the D-Reaper. Then there's SaberLeomon, whose data is corrupted so that he can't come back to life aferward... the list goes on.

Before suffering her ultimate fate, she's often forced to watch helplessly as her friends lose their sanity and commit terrible acts of violence. This has been happening over and over again for anything from 100 - 1000 years without Rika being able to figure out how to break the cycle.
