Little do Paige and Leo know just how much these vows will come to mean. Leo promises never to forget their "once in a lifetime" love, and it'll be up to him to make sure that Paige remembers, or at least understands, how much they mean to each other.
Paige: "I vow to help you love life, to always hold you with tenderness and to have the patience that love demands. To speak when words are needed and to share the silence when they're not, and to live within the warmth of your heart -- and always call it home."
Leo: "I vow to seriously love you, in all your forms, now and forever. I promise to never forget that this is a once in a lifetime love." -
(#2) Time to Walk Away
Leo is in agony, as he realizes he might not be able to get Paige back. His determination begins to waver. Will he give up, or continue to fight for the woman he loves?
Leo: "How do you look at the one you love and tell yourself it is time to walk away." -
(#3) One Mistake
Rita Thornton (Jessica Lange) is Paige's mother. When Paige questions why she'd stay with her father after he cheated, Rita lets her know that a lifetime of good sometimes outweighs one really, really bad thing.
Rita Thornton: "I chose to stay with him for all the things he's done right; not the one thing he's done wrong. I chose to forgive him." -
(#4) Find a Way Back to Each Other
For better or for worse: And for Paige and Leo, this is definitely worse. Paige's memory loss after the accident means she doesn't remember ever loving Leo. But she did once - is it enough to bring these two together again?
Leo: "I vow to love you and no matter what challenges might carry us apart, we will always find a way back to each other." -
(#5) The Way You Love Me
Paige did love Leo for years before she lost her memory. Can she find her way back to him?
Paige: "I hope one day I can love the way that you love me."
Leo: "You figured it out once -- you'll do it again." -
(#6) Moments of Impact
What would you do if you suddenly lost all memory of your life, even of the great love of your life? In Paige's case, she's terrified.
Leo: "Life's all about moments of impact and how they change our lives forever. But what if one day, you could no longer remember any of them?" -
(#7) Fall in Love Again
If you were suddenly given a blank slate, with no memory of the person you love the most, would you fall in love with them again? Leo sure hopes so.
Leo: "I need to make my wife fall in love with me again." -
(#8) Scandalized
Leo decides to begin dating his wife, in an effort to woo her all over again. The result is awkward and pretty funny.
Paige: "I just have to be back by 10 in the morning."
Leo: "Oh my God..."
Paige: "What?"
Leo: "First date and you're already inviting yourself to spend the night?"
Paige: "Well..."
Leo: "I don't know, I'm just a little scandalized is all." -
(#9) Our History
If our history is erased, what happens then? Paige's entire history with Leo is gone. Is she still the same woman he married?
Leo: "The truth is we're sum of all the moments we've experienced with all the people we've ever known -- and these moments become our history." -
(#10) You Love Me
Leo and Paige have a rare and incredible love - one that can possibly overcome anything.
Paige: "You totally love me."
Leo: "I do." -

When Paige gets home from the hospital with Leo, who is now essentially a stranger to her, she's overwhelmed. Thankfully, Leo loves her unconditionally -- and he's going to do everything in his power to help his wife through the crisis.
Paige: Coming home to a life I don't know - that's a lot to take in."
Leo: "We'll figure this out together." -

Leo's stating the cold, hard fact: Paige doesn't know him, at all. To her, they never met, they never fell in love and they never married. Leo is, understandably, devastated.
Leo (to Paige): "Leo: I will always love you but the fact is you don't know me and I'm just a stranger." -
(#15) RPP Zones
It's love at first sight, as Leo sees Paige for the first time. He finds a way to talk to her, and the rest is history.
Leo (to Paige): "You know, I noticed, in a totally non-threatening way, we have the same RPP zones."
Paige: "What's an RPP zone?"
Leo: "Residential Permit Parking zone. I think we owe it to ourselves really, to maybe get a drink out of respect for our zone compatibility and all." -
(#16) Diabetic or Just Fat?
On their 'first' date, Leo presents Paige with a box of chocolates. They sample each one to see if they like the flavors, just like they used to before Paige lost her memory.
Paige (to Leo): "Are you trying to make me diabetic or just fat?" -
(#17) Still There
Even though Paige can't remember, she is, fundamentally, the same person that Leo first loved. Or is she?
Leo: "Everything that I fell in love with is still there." -
(#18) Weird Hair
One thing that makes 'The Vow' so great, is it's not all flowers, roses and romance - it also has some genuinely funny moments, like this one.
Paige: "So, we're married?"
Leo: "Yes."
Paige: "And I have weird hair." -
(#19) Her Memory
When Paige awakens after the car accident, she thinks that Leo is her doctor. He realizes what's going on and, understandably, panics.
Leo: "She doesn't remember me!"
Doctor: "Her memory is going to improve with time." -
(#20) Last Memory
When Paige finally awakens from a coma, the last thing she remembers is being engaged to an old boyfriend, Jeremy (Scott Speedman). The years with Leo are essentially erased. It's up to Leo to win her over, before she decides she wants a life with another man.
Paige (to Leo): "The last memory that I have is being engaged to Jeremy."
