About This Tool

In terms of the number of global eclipses, there are actually more solar eclipses than lunar eclipses in a year. From Earth, the orbits of the sun and moon “Intersect”once every six months, the duration of a solar eclipse (also longer than the duration of a lunar eclipse (the eclipse season)) .
