About This Tool

The majority of Slovenian people speak Slovene, followed by English, and of course some speak other minority languages. There are also many linguists and philosophers who are responsible for studying the local language or languages of other countries, translating and interpreting literary works, as well as putting forward their own ideas and forming their own set of opinions. In this tool, a list of 24 Slovenian linguists and philosophers has been generated, all of whom have been able to bring together local wisdom and work hard in the positions they love.

If you look at any of the linguists or philosophers on this list randomly, you will see that they come from different eras and have different ideas about the changes in the language of Slovenia and the development of society as a whole. Even the contemporary Slovene differs in many ways from the Slovenian standard spoken language, which is the written standard language that educated Slovenians must learn and which is taught in secondary schools and universities, mainly for literary works and media and so on.

Click the "Display All Items" button and you will get a list of Slovenian linguists and philologists.
