The time of the sinking, the country, the builder, the cause of the sinking, and the exact location of the sinking are all preserved in the generator. The wrecks, all from ships built in the 19th century, represent the craft and techniques of the time. But no ship, no ship, can withstand the storms, the rocks, and the tragedy of the sinking.
