About This Tool

1916 was a very special year for the world’s shipbuilding industry. This year, Germany broke the British monopoly of the situation, began to declare war on Britain, for the supremacy of the sea. In 1916, the world’s first landing ship, “El Pidifo” also made a new appearance in the war, as a major weapon of the sea army. In addition, the tool generated an additional list of 40 ships released that year, making it easy to find.

When you randomly look at a ship that was released that year, you can find details like the release date, the Builder and location, the ship name, the ship’s class and type, and the ship’s Operator. Most of the ships that had been launched were used in the war, especially the Royal Army’s reserve ships. This advanced maritime equipment also became the winning weapon of the war.
