(#1) Tornado of Terror (Tatsumaki)
Tatsumaki is a powerful esper who often works alongside her sister Fubuki. Together, the two are known as the Psychic Sisters, but alone Tastumaki is known as the Tornado of Terror. Using her psychic powers, she's able to fly, manipulate chi, and create whirlwinds that deflect enemy psychic attacks. She and Saitama don't really get along - she doesn't think much of his hero prowess, and he makes fun of her for resembling a child.
-
(#2) Silverfang (Bang)
Bang, also known by his hero alias Silver Fang, is the third highest ranked S-Class hero. He specializes in martial arts, utilizing techniques like the Water Stream Rock Smashing Fist, which destroys anyone who comes near his fists while protecting anyone within a created forcefield. When he isn't doing hero work, he runs his own dojo, which he would love for Saitama and Genos to join.
-
(#3) Genos
Genos is a hyper-powerful cyborg who was granted the name Demon Cyborg upon becoming an S-ranked hero. His goal is to one day defeat the cyborg who destroyed his town and took his family along with it.
He is among the only people who realizes how powerful Saitama truly is - that's why he wants him as his mentor rather than somebody else who has been recognized as powerful by the Hero Association.
-
(#4) Watchdog Man
The interesting thing about Watchdog Man isn't his powers, it's his self-presentation. The guy is a master of hand-to-hand combat, which is impressive but not unique. What is unique is that he's constantly wearing a dog costume, and appears to genuinely believe that he is a dog. He's in charge of protecting Q City, a task he approaches with the territorial methods employed by an average dog.
-
(#5) Metal Bat
Metal Bat's real name is Bad, which should give you a good idea of what kind of persona he's trying to project. He's a brash guy wih a ton of attitude, but he has a soft spot for his little sister and his cat. When it comes to heroics, he fights with his trusty metal bat, which is strong enough to take out demon-class monsters with a single strike. He also possesses the unique ability to grow stronger as he takes more damage.
-
(#7) Blast
Blast is the most mysterious S-class heroes in existence. He hasn't been active for a while, but he's considered one of the most powerful members of the organization - it's even rumored that the can shoot lasers from his eyes and command trillions of robots simultaneously. Nobody knows where he is, but some of the other heroes believe that he'll show up when he's truly needed.
-
(#8) Zombieman
Zombieman was created by Dr. Genus in an attempt to unlock the secrets of immortality. As a result, he's virtually indesctructable, with the ability to rapidly heal from hundreds of injuries that should be fatal in a space of minutes. Perhaps because of his strange relationship with mortality, he has trouble getting along with others.
-
(#9) Child Emperor
Child Emperor might be just a ten-year-old boy, but he's earned his position as an S-Class hero. Though he possesses physical strength on par with that of a bear, he's mainly there for his intellect. The kid is a world-class genius who is constantly inventing new technology for heroes to use, as well as developing strategies for defeating villains.
-
(#11) Flashy Flash
Flashy Flash is extremely proud of his strength, but it's not as if that pride has no basis. He's a master of ninjutsu who is one of the fastest people alive. If he sounds like the hero version of Speed o Sound Sonic, that's because he is - the two even hail from the same village.
-
(#13) Puri Puri Prisoner
Puri Puri Prisoner is an S-class hero, but that doesn't mean he's always on the right side of the law. In fact, he's currently serving a prison sentence for sexually assaulting male heroes and villains alike. While he's not exactly a morally upstanding guy for this reason, but he puts his all into heroism using his signature Puri-Puri Prisoner Angel ☆ Style attacks.
-
(#14) Pig God
Pig God is best known for his impressive gluttony. Not only is he an extremely obsese man who is constantly eating, he also uses his gustatory powers in battle. He's able to expand his body in order to swallow villains whole, and then digest them. While this is unconfirmed, it's rumored that he once devoured 50 sea folk in one shot.
-
(#15) Tanktop Master
Tanktop Master is a polite, chivalrous individual who believes that his strength is derived from his tanktop. Why he feels this way is a mystery, but he certainly is strong, especially when it comes to hand-to-hand combat. Don't confuse him with the other memebers of the Tank Topper Army, the group which he is the leader of.
-
(#16) King
If you've seen the first episode of the second season of One Punch Man, you know that King's reputation as the strongest man on Earth isn't exactly deserved. It's not that he's trying to decieve anyone - it's that he ended up accidentally getting credit for multiple acts of heroism that were actually committed by Saitama. In reality, King is just an ordinary man who would rather be playing dating sims than engaging in heroism.
-
(#17) Metal Knight
Bofoi isn't the kind of hero who relies on physical strength. Rather, he uses his intelligence and his connections to amass a wide range of superpowered robots that can be safely controlled from afar. This has the potential to reduce casualties, which is a high priority for the organization.
