About This Tool

The post-Bégard border region is a multi-ethnic region in the southeastern part of Russia’s Siberia, formed by the merger of the former Chita Oblast and the Agin-Buryat Autonomous Okrug. Here industrial development, agriculture and animal husbandry development is also a key industrial chain. Random tool collates 25 well known rural areas, which are dominated by farming and animal husbandry, and where food production is increasingly being replaced by advanced industrialization.

The post-Bégard border region has the second-largest Eastern Siberia area, growing wheat, barley, buckwheat, oats and feed crops. Sheep are the dominant animal husbandry industry, accounting for about two-fifths of Eastern Siberia, the third-largest in Russia. Some areas are engaged in deer and fur farming. The area has been looking for industrial transformation, and the rural areas recorded by the generator have also been transformed from old-fashioned farming to modern agriculture.
