About This Tool

An order of birds in the class Piciformes. Medium climbing bird. A mouth is as strong as a chisel, and fit for chiseling wood. Feet short and strong, a pair of toes, the second and third toes forward, the first and fourth toes backward. Male and female alike, good tree trunk, long tongue and flexible, pici formes in addition to Oceania and Antarctica, distributed throughout the world.
