About This Tool

The New South Wales is the world’s first specialized environmental court on a par with the State High Court. In Australia, the chief justice of each court is responsible for the performance appraisal of the judges of the court, and the Government Minister of Justice is responsible for the appraisal of the chief justice of the court at the same level.

The Judicial Council of the New South Wales also has some functions for the administration of judges. They investigate public grievances against judges, including through hearings, and then deal with them according to different circumstances: The lesser cases are referred to the department in which the judge is reported to, and the more serious cases are reported to parliament through the Minister of Justice. The random tool generated a list of 76 New South Wales and tribunals, including the lower courts, the permanent courts, the permanent council, and several institutional specificities.
