About This Tool

The National Pitching League is an annual inter-county, pitching competition featuring teams from Ireland and England. It was founded by the Gaelic Athletic Association in 1925 and operates within the League system as a promotion and demotion system.

The National Hurling League has 35 teams in six divisions, each with five or six teams. Promotions and demotions between these departments are the main features of the alliance. Although mainly played against the Irish, teams from England (currently Lancashire, London and Warwickshire) also played, and in the past New York has sent a team to the latter stages of the League. The random tool generator collated 49 items from 1925 to 2018, recording the NHL winning teams in different years. The list of winners in different years can be checked by the random tool.

Click the "Display All Items" button and you will get a list of National Hurling League winning teams.
