But Douglas added an extra clause to the clause, stating Zeta-Jones isn't allowed to discuss their personal, marital matters to the public.

  Why she did it: Zeta-Jones is a big fan of the prenup business. In fact, she thinks the contracts are "brilliant." "I get taken care of quite well," she added. Apparently, the napkin had all the details of how he and his wife, Amy Irving, would split their income and properties following a divorce. Irving argued that the bib they wrote such important information on could not be taken seriously. The judge agreed, and Spielberg was forced to cough up around $100 million.

  Why she did it: You know the Church of Scientology isn't going to let their precious Tom Cruise go under for the woman they likely recruited into this whole mess. Holmes never asked much from Cruise, and the prenup definitely reflects that. Some say the prenup was her idea, but there's no doubt Cruise had some heavy-handed lawyers in the room as well.
