(#4) A Fantasy Football Expert Backs Up Secretary Pierce
This is more of a cameo for sports and fantasy football fanatics, but ESPN's senior fantasy analyst, Matthew Berry, shows up in 2012 New York as a personal bodyguard for secret Hydra member Alexander Pierce. He doesn't look as imposing as some of the other Hydra double-agents, but maybe he's just there to advise on whether Aaron Rodgers was worth a first round pick in Pierce's fantasy draft.
(#13) Tony Stark Stayed In Touch With The Kid From 'Iron Man 3'
During Tony Stark's funeral, the camera pans slowly between all the characters in attendance, driving home the way Iron Man has touched every corner of the MCU. Marvel fans know pretty much all of them, but there's a brief, lingering shot on a teenager all by himself.
As it turns out, that teenager is Harley Keener from Iron Man 3, a minor character in the overall MCU who played a significant role in Tony's life. In the third Iron Man movie, Harley is a 10-year-old boy who helps Tony repair his Iron Man suit when he's stuck in Tennessee.
(#11) The Credits End With The Sound Of Tony Creating His Armor In 'Iron Man'
Avengers: Endgame is the first MCU movie to not include a post-credits scene, but that doesn't mean the filmmakers didn't leave something for loyal fans who stuck around. Instead of a scene teasing the next MCU movie, the credits end with the sound of metal clanging. As it turns out, this is the sound of Tony Stark building his first Iron Man suit way back in 2008's Iron Man, a fitting tribute to the character and the journey fans have been on since that first MCU film.

Once Scott Lang escapes from his stint in the Quantum Realm, he faces the very real possibility he'll never escape from the storage facility in which his van is stored. Thankfully, a sympathetic security guard played by Ken Jeong helps him escape.
But before he does, the security guard puts down his book - The Terminal Beach. This book was published in 1964 and includes several short science fiction stories, including one titled End-Game.
(#2) One Of The 'Endgame' Assistant Directors Is Missing
During the scene where Captain America counsels Snap survivors in the basement of a church, we see a sign mentioning a certain Matthew Haggerty. That name doesn't mean much in the fictional world of the MCU, but it is important in the real world of Marvel Studios.
Haggerty was an assistant director on Infinity War and Endgame, and he even worked on the first Iron Man back in 2008.
(#12) Two 'Community' Characters Make Appearances
Before the Russo brothers directed four of the MCU's biggest movies, they were considered go-to directors on a number of TV comedies. One of their most well-known TV credits is the cult-classic Community.
Community star Danny Pudi cameoed in the Russos' first MCU movie, Captain America: The Winter Soldier, while Jim Rash showed up in Captain America: Civil War, so it should come as no surprise that both Professor Chang (Ken Jeong) and Shirley Bennett (Yvette Nicole Brown) make cameo appearances in Endgame.
