(#1) Cheesy Gordita Crunch
Though a regular menu item in some locations, the Cheesy Gordita Crunch is a hidden gem only available by special request at others. It's a taco shell filled with ground beef placed inside a gordita with a layer of melted cheese topped with cheese sauce, lettuce and shredded cheese. This sentence (and menu item) deserves an award. -
(#4) Chili Cheese Burrito
Make that plain Jane bean burrito a bit more exciting by requesting a chili cheese burrito instead. The now discontinued former regular menu item's recipe is ridiculously simple, just ask for chili and cheese in a burrito. It's also probably wise to request extra napkins too as this yummy burrito is also especially messy. -
(#6) Spicy Green Anything
Similar to the elusive green sauce available in packets, skip the hassle of applying the spicy goodness yourself by simply ordering almost anything on the menu as "spicy green..." For instance, ask for a "spicy green double-decker taco" or "spicy green Chalupa" and prepare for big noms. -
(#7) Cheesaritos
This gooey favorite has been gone from the Taco Bell menu for decades but can still be easily prepared if you ask really nicely. Cheesaritos are made by combining a generous portion of cheese with scallions and taco sauce rolled up in a soft tortilla shell, kind of like that long lost cousin of the Meximelt, but in a meatless version. -
(#9) Waffle Tacos
Taco Bell is testing the concept of the "waffle taco" in select Southern California locations, selling its new breakfast concoction of eggs, sausage, and syrup wrapped in a waffle for a paltry $.89.

(#10) The Hulk
Quite legendary in Taco Bell circles, this secret menu item actually has two versions, so clarify with the cashier to avoid disappointment. The simpler version of The Hulk adds guacamole to a basic bean and cheese burrito but the fancy version, dare we call it incredible, Hulk is a five-layer burrito with guacamole in place of the nacho cheese. -
(#11) Green Sauce
Formerly available in big clear packages by request, the Taco Bell green sauce had the perfect balance of sweet and spicy. This menu item was discontinued, then a similar sauce was reintroduced as their "Verde" sauce, however the original green sauce still exists in limited quantities at certain locations.
