  While accepting the Distinguished Collaborator Award at the Costume Designers Guild Awards on February 27, 2023, Bette Midler admitted that she has had some work done. 

  Midler joked, "Time has a way of smoothing everything out. I’ve been at it for close to 60 years … and I do look fabulous, I know. I’ve had some tailoring done on my face.”

  There has long been speculation that the Hocus Pocus star had previously gotten a facelift or Botox. She had previously told Extra in 2008 that she would consider it, adding, “When it really starts to cave in, I probably will start to give it a real good think.”

  Cher has claimed she's had only four plastic surgeries, including breast augmentation, a nose job, a facelift, and dental surgery. However, over the years, plastic surgeons have speculated that Cher may have had a tummy tuck, liposuction, blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), injectable fillers, and wrinkle treatments like Botox.

  She's been quoted as saying, "Everyone says I am terrified of getting old, but the truth is that in my job, becoming old and becoming extinct are one and the same thing."

  Heidi Montag has opened up about her ten plastic procedures, all done in one day. A nose job revision, chin reduction, mini brow lift, Botox in forehead and frown area, fat injections in cheeks, nasolabial folds and lips, neck liposuction, ears pinned back, liposuction on waist, hips, and inner and outer thighs, buttock augmentation and breast augmentation revision - all added to work already done on her lips, chest, and nose. 

  When asked about the surgeries by Paper Magazine, Heidi said: 

  Spencer [Pratt] thought he lost me. I died for a minute. With that much surgery, I had to have 24-hour nurse care. I was at a recovery center and had Demerol [a narcotic drug] to deal with the pain because it was so extreme. My security guards called Spencer and told him, “Heidi's heart stopped. She's not going to make it.” And I easily could've. Cutting yourself up isn't something I'd recommend, and Demerol isn't anything to play around with. That's how Michael Jackson died.

  Farrah Abraham, star of MTV's Teen Mom, had her third breast augmentation surgery in October 2015. Her first job allegedly didn't go big enough for the reality star, so she got a second. The third operation was performed to fix the second surgeon's botched job. She has also reportedly had Botox, cheek fillers, a brow lift, rhinoplasty, and a chin implant surgery. She later had the chin implant removed and underwent lip injections. 

  During a lip implant surgery, Farrah had an allergic reaction. She said:

  As soon as he touched my lip with whatever numbing product he put in there, my lip was having an allergic reaction right away…. I was laying down flat, but I was seeing more of my lip come up and come up. I’m just super happy that I’m alive.

  In the Guinness Book of World Records, Cindy Jackson was once the reigning queen of plastic surgery. With former aspirations of being a Barbie doll, Jackson has had 52 cosmetic procedures and 14 operations since 1987 to get where she is today.

  She's had two eye lifts, cheek implants, lip augmentation, cosmetic dentistry, two nose jobs, three facelifts, breast implants, liposuction, soft tissue filler injections, laser treatments, dermabrasion, and chemical peels, to name a few. The total cost adds up to about $100,000 - with what Jackson has called "some quality discounts."

  This 62-year-old former Playboy model is in the Guinness Book of World Records for her over 100 cosmetic surgeries. Also known as the "Real Life Barbie," Sarah Burge has reportedly spent almost $1 million on cosmetic surgeries and procedures to date.

  Her major surgeries include rhinoplasty, buttocks lift, breast enhancements, liposuction of the face, hips, thighs, and jawline, tummy tuck, eyelid lift, and chin augmentation. However, it bears mentioning that Burge's plastic surgery journey began with an incident of such extreme domestic violence that she was left permanently disfigured. She spent years in recovery, and ultimately turned to surgery as a way to reclaim her identity.

  Rivers wasn't shy about her many surgeries. She had multiple facelifts, a brow lift, Botox, soft tissue fillers, multiple nose jobs, veneers, blepharoplasty (eye work), liposuction, cheek implants, and breast implants.

  Lizard Man has dedicated his life to modifying his body into that of a lizard's.

  He has his ears and septum pierced and stretched, five Teflon horns subdermally implanted above his eyes to form hooded ridges, four teeth filed into fangs, and his tongue bifurcated. He's had an estimated $250,000 worth of surgeries and procedures and more than 650 hours of tattooing.

  Stalking Cat began his transformation into a tigress after being told by a Native American chief to "follow the ways of a tiger." He reportedly spent more than $150,000 and 2,000 hours of surgery and tattooing to become the hybrid he was.

  Stalking Cat was believed to have undergone 14 procedures, including tattooed eyes, a modified upper lip, tiger teeth caps, green contact lenses, clipped ears, six-inch fiberglass whiskers implanted into his face, and his entire body tattooed in stripes.

  She has spent about $4 million on her plastic surgery including eye lifts, Botox, and lip fillers, and when asked how many she's had, she's been recorded as saying "no more or less than any woman."

  Although she hasn't admitted to all the procedures people believe she has had, because of how different she looks now, she has been open about getting more work done to fix faults she found with her face.

He's had five operations on his nose alone after having it broken during his previous career as a boxer. Rourke has also reportedly had an operation on a smashed cheekbone, but many believe he has had more work done in recent years. 

  Speaking about his plastic surgery, Rourke has said, "Most of it was to mend the mess of my face because of the boxing, but I went to the wrong guy to put my face back together.”
