Rivers wasn't shy about her many surgeries. She had multiple facelifts, a brow lift, Botox, soft tissue fillers, multiple nose jobs, veneers, blepharoplasty (eye work), liposuction, cheek implants, and breast implants.

Farrah Abraham, star of MTV's Teen Mom, had her third breast augmentation surgery in October 2015. Her first job allegedly didn't go big enough for the reality star, so she got a second. The third operation was performed to fix the second surgeon's botched job. She has also reportedly had Botox, cheek fillers, a brow lift, rhinoplasty, and a chin implant surgery. She later had the chin implant removed and underwent lip injections.
During a lip implant surgery, Farrah had an allergic reaction. She said:
As soon as he touched my lip with whatever numbing product he put in there, my lip was having an allergic reaction right away…. I was laying down flat, but I was seeing more of my lip come up and come up. I’m just super happy that I’m alive.

In the Guinness Book of World Records, Cindy Jackson was once the reigning queen of plastic surgery. With former aspirations of being a Barbie doll, Jackson has had 52 cosmetic procedures and 14 operations since 1987 to get where she is today.
She's had two eye lifts, cheek implants, lip augmentation, cosmetic dentistry, two nose jobs, three facelifts, breast implants, liposuction, soft tissue filler injections, laser treatments, dermabrasion, and chemical peels, to name a few. The total cost adds up to about $100,000 - with what Jackson has called "some quality discounts."

Lil' Kim is a famous rapper, but she's also well known for the many reported cosmetic surgeries and procedures she's undergone over the years. Reportedly her first surgical procedure was a nose job to fix the damage done to it during a tragically abusive relationship.
Although she hasn't admitted to all the procedures people believe she has had, because of how different she looks now, she has been open about getting more work done to fix faults she found with her face.

A nose job revision, chin reduction, mini brow lift, Botox in forehead and frown area, fat injections in cheeks, nasolabial folds and lips, neck liposuction, ears pinned back, liposuction on waist, hips, and inner and outer thighs, buttock augmentation and breast augmentation revision - all added to work already done on her lips, chest, and nose.
When asked about the surgeries by Paper Magazine, Heidi said:
Spencer [Pratt] thought he lost me. I died for a minute. With that much surgery, I had to have 24-hour nurse care. I was at a recovery center and had Demerol [a narcotic drug] to deal with the pain because it was so extreme. My security guards called Spencer and told him, “Heidi's heart stopped. She's not going to make it.” And I easily could've. Cutting yourself up isn't something I'd recommend, and Demerol isn't anything to play around with. That's how Michael Jackson died.
