However, their characters would be separated, reunited, and then married at SummerSlam 1991. While they are considered the top couple by fans of the WWF in the 1980s and 1990s, the two ultimately divorced in 1992.

  Chris Candido and Sunny were together on and off for decades, both on camera and off. As the Bodydonnas in the WWF, the two were depicted as dimwitted fitness gurus. In ECW, both of them became more serious as Candido acted like an aggressive grappler and Sunny was more sexually exploitative. While there was cheating, short breakups, and other flaws in their relationship, the two were together on-and-off since high school. They remained committed to each other until Candido's death in 2005.
