(#8) Helen Cho Has A Powerful Son

You probably remember Helen Cho as the scientist who develops the technology that creates Vision in Avengers: Age of Ultron. In the comics, her son is Amadeus Cho - one of the smartest people on Earth, and a companion to the Hulk and Avengers.
(#16) Jarvis Is My Co-Pilot

This one might be a bit of a stretch. After the cancellation of Joss Whedon's Firefly, the fan base blew up the market with merchandise remembering their favorite pilot: Hoban Washburne. One piece of popular merch is the license plate frame/stickers/decals that utilize the popular saying as "Wash Is My Copilot." In Avengers: Age of Ultron, Tony Stark has stickered the cabin of the Quinjet with a "Jarvis Is My Copilot" sticker - perhaps as a nod to Firefly fans.

For those of you wondering why Anthony Mackie's Falcon didn't have a larger role in Age of Ultron need to look no further than Captain America: Winter Soldier. Falcon says that he has been busy with a 'missing person's case' which hints at the continued effort to find Bucky Barnes.

During the Hulk vs. Hulkbuster Iron Man fight scene, Tony angers the Green Goliath by bringing up his alter ego. Tony jokes to himself that he shouldn't have brought up "puny Banner," which is a reference to the comics, and all those times the Hulk called Bruce the same thing.
(#5) Thanos Becomes A Player

Marvel Fans have been been getting post credit scenes with Thanos - and explaining to our friends who Thanos is - for a while now. However, with Avengers: Age of Ultron's mid-credits scene, Thanos actually enters the fray. With Infinity Gauntlet in hand (just with less Infinity), Thanos looks like he will be taking manners into his own 'hand.' (See what I did there?!)
