Leva Bates was announced as signing with AEW in April 2019 and has appeared as part of the group The Librarians along with Peter Avalon. Hikaru Shida is the quiet workhorse of the AEW women's division. While the division has faced some well-deserved criticism as it tries to find its footing, one thing most agree on is that Hikaru Shida has been involved in most of the division's best matches. That isn't a coincidence, and the audience has taken notice and seems to be behind her more and more with each passing week.
