About This Tool
Creedence Clearwater Revival was the most beloved super rock band from the 1960s to the 1970s. Their music is rooted in the folk music of the southern United States. Early songs have a strong blues style, which has an important influence on Lynyrd Skynyrd, Sea Level, Dixie Chicken, ZZ Top, and other future bands.
In 1968, the band released the first album of the same name, one of the songs was adapted from Dale Hawkins' classic old song Suzie Q, which was a great success and quickly became popular throughout the West Coast region, their live performances were also overcrowded.
