At the memorial, Mukhametzyanov awoke to prayers as the family prepared her body for the burial. Realizing that she was now attending her own funeral, the woman reportedly bolted upright and screamed for help.

Reportedly, 50-year-old Lynn Geiling, the neighbor of Ayden’s aunt, went to comfort him, but her 150-pound bull mastiff reacted aggressively and attacked the boy. Geiling screamed for help and tried to pry the dog's teeth away, but the boy sustained fatal injuries. The dog was euthanized following the attack.

Bobby Leach was a famed daredevil in the early 1900s. He was a professional stuntman in the Barnum and Bailey’s Circus, and he performed many of his stunts to live audiences. His notable achievement is surviving a barrel ride over Niagara Falls in 1911 - as the second person to successfully do so.

Leach traveled internationally, and he toured to New Zealand in 1926. While there, Leach reportedly slipped on an orange peel and gravely injured his leg. His wound ultimately developed gangrene, leading to doctors' decision to amputate. Leach passed two months later from his injuries at approximately 68-years-old.
