Realizing that she was now attending her own funeral, the woman reportedly bolted upright and screamed for help. 

    She suffered a heart attack and subsequent heart failure, which resulted in her death.

    Reportedly, 50-year-old Lynn Geiling, the neighbor of Ayden’s aunt, went to comfort him, but her 150-pound bull mastiff reacted aggressively and attacked the boy. Geiling screamed for help and tried to pry the dog's teeth away, but the boy sustained fatal injuries. The dog was euthanized following the attack.

    Leach traveled internationally, and he toured to New Zealand in 1926. While there, Leach reportedly slipped on an orange peel and gravely injured his leg. His wound ultimately developed gangrene, leading to doctors' decision to amputate. Leach passed two months later from his injuries at approximately 68-years-old.
