CHARACTER: Sloan McQuewick, the daughter of Ari's one-time boss Terrence McQuewick who also dated E in the show's second season. It becomes a whole thing from there for literally the rest of the series after E becomes obsessed with her.
BACKGROUND: As a teenager, Emanuelle Chriqui starred in the Nickelodeon series "Are You Afraid of the Dark?," and parlayed this into numerous roles in films, including "Detroit Rock City" and "Snow Day." She can be heard as a voice in two animated TV series, the remake of "Thundercats" and "Tron: Uprising," a continuation of the "Tron" film franchise also starring Elijah Wood. -

CHARACTER: Brooke, a UCLA sorority girl who develops a crush on Turtle after his break-up with Jamie-Lynn Sigler.
BACKGROUND: Kramer was a regular on both "Friday Night Lights" and the reboot of "90210," and currently appears on the series "One Tree Hill." She has also embarked on a career as a country singer; the single "I Won't Give Up" was released in February of 2011 and was featured on "One Tree Hill." -

CHARACTER: Tori, a close friend of E's girlfriend Sloan. After they have a three-way, E struggles with his feelings for both women.
BACKGROUND: Raised in Canada, Malin Akerman first came to the attention of US audiences with roles in "Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle," "The Heartbreak Kid" and "27 Dresses." She portrayed the second Silk Spectre in "The Watchmen." (The first Silk Spectre was played by fellow "Entourage" vet Carla Gugino.) -

BACKGROUND: Prior to joining the "Entourage" cast, Mara had appeared in the films "We Are Marshall," "Brokeback Mountain" and "Shooter," and several TV shows (including a number of "Law & Order" series.) She also played Kristi, one of Aaron Ralston's hiking companions, in the acclaimed 2010 drama "127 Hours." -

BACKGROUND:Carla Gugino has starred in several popular motion pictures, including "The Watchmen," "Sin City," "Night at the Museum," "Faster," "Sucker Punch" and the "Spy Kids" series. She got her start in acting on TV in the late 1980s, featuring in such popular shows of the era as "Saved by the Bell," "ALF" and "The Wonder Years." (TRIVIA: Her daughter in "The Watchmen" is played by Malin Akerman, who plays Tori on "Entourage.") -

CHARACTER: Sophia, a journalist who initially rebuffs Vince's advances, but eventually gets engaged to him after one date. In the series finale, they fly off to Paris for their wedding.

BACKGROUND: Autumn Reeser first won fame as Taylor Townsend on the series "The O.C." She has appeared on numerous other TV series, including "Grounded for Life," "Pushing Daisies," "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia," "Ghost Whisperer" and "No Ordinary Family." She has also appeared in a number of original Internet projects, including the series "The Bannen Way," created by her husband Jesse Warren. -

BACKGROUND:Jamie-Lynn Sigler is best known as Meadow Soprano from the HBO series "The Sopranos," a role she won while still a teenager. She has also guest-starred on "How I Met Your Mother" and "Ugly Betty" and released a pop album in 2001 (which she later said she found embarrassing.) -

BACKGROUND: Since getting naked on Entourage, the model-turned-actress has appeared in several films and TV shows. She is most recognized for her role as Gem in 2010's Tron: Legacy.

BACKGROUND: Dania Ramirez began her acting in music videos for hip hop acts such as Jay Z. She had a minor role in the final episodes of Buffy as a potential Slayer. Her portrayal of Callisto and arc on Heroes brought her a lot of fanboy attention as well. -

BACKGROUND: Prior to "Entourage," Keena already had a long and established career as a TV actress. Early credits include "Undeclared," "Dawson's Creek" and "Homicide: Life on the Street." She also starred in the horror mash-up "Freddy vs. Jason" and has provided voices for the animated shows "King of the Hill" and "Robot Chicken." -

She memorably performed the role of Lolita in Jim Jarmusch's "Broken Flowers" almost entirely in the nude. -

BACKGROUND: Jami Gertz has consistently appeared in films and TV shows since being discovered by producer Normal Lear in the early 1980s. Among her more notable appearances are the films "Sixteen Candles," "The Lost Boys" and "Twister" and the TV series "The Facts of Life," "Seinfeld" and "Ally McBeal."
