  • Katherine Kathy Webb-Kane on Random Batman's Long Lovers

    (#7) Katherine Kathy Webb-Kane

(First appearance – Detective Comics #233, July 1956)

In the original pre-crisis DC universe, Kathy was a wealthy heiress that spent her childhood as a circus performer. In order for her to gain the affections of Batman, she fought crime as the original Batwoman. More recently, she was an agent for the spy ring, Spiral, and was tasked with the duty to find out Batman’s secret identity.  She once again suited up as a vigilante to gain his trust, and the two fell in love, gaining her access to all of Batman’s secrets.

Kathy eventually ended their relationship in order to keep Batman’s identity a secret and moved on with her life.
  • Mallory Moxon on Random Batman's Long Lovers

    (#11) Mallory Moxon

    (First appearance - Batman #591, July 2001)

Like a few relationships on this list, Mallory knew Bruce when he was a wee lad; the two children vacationed together as I can only assume super-wealthy, trust fund kids do. However, Mallory had a super-crooked father whose secret crimes came to life and forced the two to flee to Europe.

Years later, she returned to Gotham with her father and a relationship was rekindled between Bruce and Mallory. Things fell apart when Bruce discovered Mallory was more than passively involved in her father's criminal empire.
  • Shondra Kinsolving on Random Batman's Long Lovers

    (#13) Shondra Kinsolving

    (First appearance – Batman #481, July 1992)

Shondra is a psychotherapist and general healer with psychic and curative abilities. Bruce had a brief relationship with Shondra when he was recovering from paralysis by Bane’s hands. Unfortunately, they were unable to truly start something up because she was kidnapped by her half-brother and fellow psychic, Benedict Asp.

When Bruce finally found them, Shondra and Benedict where locked in a telekinetic fight; the outcome of which both healed Bruce’s spine and left Shondra in a terrible mental state.
  • Linda Page on Random Batman's Long Lovers

    (#15) Linda Page

    (First appearance – Batman #5, April 1941)

Like Julie Madison, Linda was a classic love interest for Bruce early in Batman’s publishing history. Another socialite from a wealthy family, Linda sometimes volunteered as a nurse for the elderly. Again, like Julie, Linda couldn’t keep up with Bruce’s double life and finally left him after two years.
  • Silver St. Cloud on Random Batman's Long Lovers

    (#4) Silver St. Cloud

(First appearance – Detective Comics #470, June 1977)

Silver is a wealthy socialite in the Gotham jet-setting scene that strikes up a relationship with Bruce. Silver discovers Bruce’s secret and (after some time) accepts him for who he is. In fact, she pretty much gave him the green light to do his thing at night, while she enjoyed his company during the day – which is why Bruce decided to put a ring on it.

Unfortunately, Silver was viciously murdered by the villain Onomatopoeia in front of Bruce’s eyes, destroying whatever chance Bruce had to truly enjoy a relationship with someone that was never going to interfere with his nightly missions.

  • Vesper Fairchild on Random Batman's Long Lovers

    (#14) Vesper Fairchild

    (First appearance – Batman #540, March 1997)

Vesper was a well-known talk show host for a late-night program. She first met Bruce for an interview, sparks flew, and the two quickly fell in love. After the massive earthquake that devastated Gotham, Vesper took a sabbatical and returned once the city was rebuilt to continue their affair. Unfortunately, her primary story was to investigate Batman, so Bruce thought it wise to end the relationship.

Later, Vesper was murdered by the assassin David Cain under orders from Lex Luthor to frame Bruce for murder.
