While some employees are experts at the complexities of accurate bra sizing, others just kind of wing it. Some people even allege that the company’s size training is completely flawed, forcing customers to buy new items because of damages that occur when one's bra size is inaccurate.

  The Victoria’s Secret fashion show is one of the highlights of the fashion world, and most people expect there to be a bit of special treatment around that time of year for employees. Unfortunately, that’s not the case. Not even Victoria's Secret managers are guaranteed entry to the show.

  Only those who run the top stores are offered invitations. VS only considers certain people elite enough to attend the event.

  (#6) Employees Can't Stop Customers Who Hook Up In Changing Rooms

  Most people probably hit up Victoria’s Secret for deals on underwear and bras, but enticing lingerie is a big part of VS inventory, too. Apparently, some customers get overwhelmed by the alluring experience and try to hookup in the changing rooms. The store has a strict one-person-per-room rule, but if a couple manages to slip in, employees can't stop the transgression.

  (#9) Some Employees Want Customers To Take Poor Care Of Their Bras

  People who wear bras know the garments are incredibly delicate. Underwire twists, straps break, and cups roll, even when following the washing instructions. Past Victoria's Secret employees knew this and deliberately withheld bra care instructions from customers. Those workers wanted the brassieres to wear out more quickly, which could lead to more frequent sales.

  (#16) Some Customers Get Treated Better Than Others

  Some customers at Victoria's Secret get treated better than others - and the management is totally okay with it. According to some former employees, they treat customers who are patient and nice way better than they treat others. That's not very surprising, but it does confirm many things we already believed to be true. 

  And if you're not nice? Employees will single out customers who are being jerks and let their coworkers know (via headsets) so they can avoid or prepare for them.

  Like many retail workers, Victoria's Secret employees aren't supposed to interfere when someone steals from the store. Though it might seem strange, this no-interaction policy actually helps with safety. Employees that physically apprehend shoplifters can get hurt or be sued. Therefore, employees must inform security guards about any suspicious activity.

  The store may lose some inventory, but no one will have to pay any injury settlements or get injured.
