  • The Vision Was Created from the Human Torch on Random Things You Should Know About The Vision

(#16) The Vision Was Created from the Human Torch

No - not that Human Torch. Later, confusing retcons of the characters history have Immortus using the Forever Crystal to split the Human Torch into two entities - one being the Vision.
  • The First Vision Was Created by Joe Simon and Jack Kirby on Random Things You Should Know About The Vision

(#18) The First Vision Was Created by Joe Simon and Jack Kirby

Joe Simon and Jack Kirby were some of the hardest working comic creators back in the Golden Age in the 1940s. Back when Marvel Comics was still called Timely Comics, the creators invented a character who was an alien from an alternate dimension (Marvel Mystery Comics #13), though he bares little resemblance to the Vision that we all know and love. Still, Simon and Kirby were there first!

Fun fact: Simon and Kirby also created Captain America!
