These Zootopia guys and their Frozen references! In both films, Alan Tudyk voices a character named Duke Weaselton, the only difference is that in one film he's an actual Duke, and in the other he's a weasel who sells bootleg DVDs.
(#20) Thigmotaxis
During the Duke Weaselton chase scene, we see a sign for the Thigmo-Taxis taxi company. Thigmotaxis is actually a biology term that means the motion or orientation of an organism in response to a touch stimulus. Which is sort of like what a taxi does, maybe? Is there a biologist in the house?
(#11) When Chief Bogo Tells Judy To 'Let It Go'
This isn't so much an Easter egg as it is a blatant reference to Frozen, but when Chief Bogo (voiced by Idris Elba) is dressing Judy down, at one point he tells her, "Life isn't some musical where your dreams come true, so let it go."

In a pretty sick burn (or as sick of a burn as a Disney film can dish out), the lemmings who buy up a bunch of Nick's pawpsicles are actually bankers who work for Lemming Brothers Bank - a take off on the Lehman Brothers, the Wall Street institution that filed for bankruptcy in 2008.

In the film, Nick is in big trouble with a character named Mr. Big who is a direct homage to Marlon Brando's performance in The Godfather. Mr. Big's daughter is even getting married, which is a huge plot point in the classic film.
