(#7) The Buzzard Excavator
It was built from a M.A.N. 6X6 tractor and has 1,757 steel spikes all over its body.
These spiny little buggers bark is worse than their bite as they are routinely taken out by Max and Furiosa in Fury Road. But their defense capabilities are impressive and they can keep up with dirt bikes which means they can go at least 80-90 in sand and mud. Impressive.
Fun fact: 1,757 is the exact same number of quills found on the hide of an Australian anteater.

(#8) Nux's Hot Rod
Nux's pride and joy is a custom Chevrolet five-window coupe, on a polished steel chassis. It has a super-turbocharged, nitrous-boosted, steel coil V8 engine and crazy external eight point exhaust side pipes. Nux has personalized the interior to his liking. Everything from an eyeball stick shift to his doll-face steering wheel. Max Rockatansky spends a few unpleasant miles as the hood ornament on this beast.
“Because he was a young man, he was screaming out for a young man’s hot rod,” (production designer/art department head) Colin Gibson says. “The '32 Deuce coupe is the perfect little hot rod to drive to Valhalla - everything we did to that car was to fetishize it.”

(#6) The Interceptor
It's back. The one, the only, the Interceptor - Mad Max Rockatansky's baby. Just as in the first films, the car is a 1974 XB Ford Falcon Coupe.
Minor spoiler ahead!
If you've seen the film you know that the Interceptor gets taken by the Warboys and completely overhauled. Now a four wheel drive beast with a new chassis and tons of new weapons, they also been buff it down to a matte silver finish. -
(#1) The Gigahorse
Not one, but two 1959 Cadillac DeVilles are piggyback mounted on top of a monster truck chassis with two meter high double truck tires in the rear and powered by twin V16 engines. Can you even handle this power? As an added bonus, it comes with a whaler's harpoon and mounted flamethrower.Head production designer and art director Colin Gibson says the tail of the 1959 Cadillac stood out to him as something exceptionally beautiful and worth salvaging. “In a world where nobody had one of anything, it seemed a fait accompli that he would have a pair of 1959 coupe DeVilles,” Gibson says. “We spent two months making them operational.”
