    Broncos star Von Miller appeared on the Today show on April 16, 2020, to discuss his positive diagnosis. 

    "It all started with just a simple cough and it got worse. I also have asthma. My girlfriend, she was telling me that I wasn’t sounding normal and I should try my nebulizer so I did. [I use it] before football games and before practice regularly, but this time was different. It really didn’t work like it should. I had waited another day and the cough still didn’t go away … I got tested and two days later, my doctor called me and said I had a positive result."

    Miller was shocked, he said: "We've been taking this serious since day one."

    The day after the NBA announced game play would be suspended, it was revealed that a player on the Utah Jazz was diagnosed as positive. ESPN later revealed that player to be center Rudy Gobert.

    Reporters have been banned from media access to locker rooms due to the virus, so players have been going up to a podium to fulfill media obligations. On March 9, 2020, Gobert touched every microphone on stage, perhaps as a joke suggesting he was not worried about catching anything. However, he has since become the first NBA player to test positive. It is not known how many people interacted with those microphones after he touched them. 

    Update: Gobert and the rest of his teammates have isolated for the 14-day period and reportedly no longer pose a threat to infect other people. Gobert also donated $500,000 to support stadium staff and health care workers in Utah, Oklahoma City and France.

We Hanks’ will be tested, observed, and isolated for as long as public health and safety requires. Not much more to it than a one-day-at-a-time approach, no? We’ll keep the world posted and updated. Take care of yourselves!"

    He and Wilson are in Australia, where Hanks is filming Baz Luhrmann's upcoming untitled Elvis Presley biopic, playing Presley's manager Colonel Tom Parker.  

    Update: Hanks and Wilson are back in their home of Los Angeles and practicing social distancing as they continue their lives post-recovery.
