  • The Para Para Brothers Are Easily Distracted In 'Dragon Ball GT' on Random Weakest Anime Villains You Could Probably Beat

(#9) The Para Para Brothers Are Easily Distracted In 'Dragon Ball GT'

When most people think weak villains from the Dragon Ball universe, they think the Pilaf gang - but since some people actually think they're more competent than they seem, let's focus instead on the Para Para Brothers, a group of villains from Dragon Ball GT. The Para Para Brothers work for Cardinal Mutchy Mutchy, and their job is to stop Goku, Trunks and Pan from collecting the Black Star Dragon Balls. Their only ability is to hypnotize people using their dance moves, but they're also easily distracted and can't maintain that hypnosis long enough for it to be effective. Once free of the hypnosis, Goku, Trunks, and Pan are able to defeat them with a single punch.

  • The Rubberrobo Gang Is Like Team Rocket But Worse In 'Medabots' on Random Weakest Anime Villains You Could Probably Beat

(#12) The Rubberrobo Gang Is Like Team Rocket But Worse In 'Medabots'

The Rubberrobo Gang, which includes members with code names like Seaslug, Shrimplips and Squidguts, are pretty much as harmless as they look. They're a group of thieves who seek out rare medals but pretty much never succeed at acquiring them. Ikki Tenryou, a 10-year-old boy, is invariably able to put a stop to whatever zany plan they've come up with next. Basically, they're a slightly less endearing version of Team Rocket.

  • Shinji Matou Is A Horrible Monster In 'Fate' on Random Weakest Anime Villains You Could Probably Beat

(#11) Shinji Matou Is A Horrible Monster In 'Fate'

Shinji Matou is perhaps one of the most repellent characters on the list. Though he's born into a powerful family, he lacks the ability to use any sorcery of his own. Rather than accept that he isn't fit for the task, he tries to seize power anyway using people like Kirei Kotomine to do his dirty work for him. Just about one of the only things he does do on his own is abuse his adoptive sister Sakura - in some versions of the story, he even sexually assaults her! In some versions, Sakura takes his life in self-defense, while in others Gilgamesh uses him as a living vessel for the Holy Grail.

  • Team Rocket Is Doing Their Best In 'Pokemon' on Random Weakest Anime Villains You Could Probably Beat

(#1) Team Rocket Is Doing Their Best In 'Pokemon'

Loveable though they might be, Team Rocket - specifically, Jesse, James, and Meowth - aren't exactly what most people would call competent. They've been trying to steal the same Pikachu from the same small child since the beginning of the show, and they've been thwarted at every turn, usually via electrocution or being hurled into the air. How they manage not to get fired from their parent's organization is anyone's guess.

  • Bandit Keith Is A Talentless Cheater In 'Yu-Gi-Oh!' on Random Weakest Anime Villains You Could Probably Beat

(#10) Bandit Keith Is A Talentless Cheater In 'Yu-Gi-Oh!'

Bandit Keith is a pretty forgettable character, known not so much for his actual involvement with the plot as he is for his aggressively patriotic attire. He's physically stronger than most of the main cast - with muscles like that, he could probably bench-press Yugi without breaking a sweat. But in the world of Yu-Gi-Oh!, real strength comes in the form of defeating your enemies in Duel Monsters. Keith has little to no skill in that department - in fact, the only times he ever comes close is through cheating. When he's last seen, he's being used as a vessel for Marik Ishtar, with no free will of his own. By the end of that harrowing scene, he's a hallucinating, terrified mess.

  • Zorzal El Caesar Thinks He's Much Stronger Than He Is In 'GATE' on Random Weakest Anime Villains You Could Probably Beat

(#14) Zorzal El Caesar Thinks He's Much Stronger Than He Is In 'GATE'

Zorzal El Caesar is the crown prince of the Empire, and he's widely considered to be one of the worst tyrants the world has ever seen. Not only is he guilty of multiple crimes against humanity, including sexual assault and straight up ending people's lives on a whim, he also thinks of himself as one of the greatest leaders of all time. Though he lacks anything resembling true fighting prowess, he sees himself as a martial arts champion. He finally gets what's coming to him when he tries directing his soldiers to fight modern Japanese civilians - when the JSDF steps in to defend their people, they're swiftly obliterated through gunfire. Zorzal himself is taken down by Kuribayashi, who annihilates him with her bare hands.

About This Tool

Why did Loki end up being one of the most popular characters in the MCU? The short answer is that people love a good villain, sometimes even more than they love a hero. This is especially true of anime; a good villain can make the series better, especially because they are more layered and developed than the characters themselves, at least in Shonen. In any case, the best villains in anime are bad, and the heroes have to face the villains at the end of the story or in the series. These major drawbacks are the heroes’ toughest battles, pushing them to their limits and putting us on the edge of our seats as we seek to find the best candidates.

The random generator tool collates 15 items and introduces 15 villains from famous anime that are even more famous than the main character. They are memorable for their strong personalities, unexpected words, and crazy deeds they have done.

Our data comes from Ranker, If you want to participate in the ranking of items displayed on this page, please click here.
