About This Tool

Toko Maru is a war veteran of sorts, and her journey is quite unique. As early as the end of Meiji, the Japanese “Toko Maru” was one of the participants in the “Nanami Route”. She had a displacement of 5,446 tons, was originally planned as a passenger and cargo ship, and eventually headed for New Zealand. Since then, six other ships, also named the Toko Maru, have been launched, and the details are kept in this random tool.

Most of the ships, also known as the Toko Maru, came from Japan and were built in the early 20th century. Some of the ships recorded in the generators were ordered by other countries and some were used by Japan for their own use after the launch. But few surviving Toko Maru boats remain, most of which have sunk or been sunk for a variety of reasons.
