About This Tool

During World War II, ships were so badly damaged that many were forced to apply for retirement or to return to their factories for repairs. But some countries, because of economic losses, can only buy ships from developed countries that need to be retired for their own transformation. The 8 ships recorded in the random tool were the ships that needed to be decommissioned in 1940.

The ships recorded in the generators were decommissioned at very different times, but most of them came from US Navy ships. The ships to be decommissioned have different names, different classes and types of ships, and different treatment results for each ship. Some of the ships were resold, some were moved to other naval units, and some were returned to war use after being repaired and repaired, resulting in significant cost savings.
