Cross-country skiing is a winter sport with high requirements on physical fitness, sports ability and skills. Athletes should ski long distance on the snow mountain in the prescribed skiing posture. As a long-distance requires a lot of physical strength, cross-country skiing is also known as the “Snow Marathon. ”.
