Jeanette Ortiz, a former Chipotle worker, faced accusations in 2015 of stealing $626 in cash from the register at a California location. In Fort Worth, Texas, a couple was found shot to death in a Wendy's parking lot on the evening of October 11, 2015. The Tarrant County Medical Examiner ruled the death of 34-year-old Gracie Enriquez as murder, and the death of 36-year-old Erwin Butler as suicide. The couple's two daughters were also at the scene but unharmed.
